I am here to help you in your journey to peace and provide a stable partner in your calm and

Having worked as a Psychologist in British Columbia for over 30 years. I have had a long-time interest and passion involving the treatment and assessment of individuals with chronic pain (and pain-based disability) and related anxiety and mood disorders. I am equally comfortable treating those with a variety of different difficulties. The majority of my work is conducted by secure videoconferencing or phone.

I am informed by a bio-psycho-social understanding of physical and psychological health. Primary treatment modalities include CBT, ACT, and MBCT. Different client strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, and preferences are recognized: treatment is individualized. Individual, couple, family, and group approaches are accommodated.

I see every client as unique. While approaches must be individualized, therapeutic experiences are best set within the framework of evidence-based practice. Equally or more important is the therapeutic relationship that must be created - one that reflects deep understanding, trust, and collaboration. This/these are my goals in helping others.
